All are welcome to come out and play rugby for UNCW. Experience is not needed, as we will teach you the game. We have several teams that will accomodate everyone from a beginner to an experienced player, and our goal is to get everyone a chance to play. Some of the best players at UNCW had never played before coming to school here, and they came from backgrounds in football, soccer, baseball, wrestling, track, lacrosse, and basketball. The only requriments are being willing to work hard and to be a team player. It is a great chance to become part of one of the fastest growing sports in the country, and if you commit to a semester you will be hooked for life.

Once you have sent your recruitment request you will recieve an email within the week from the coach of the UNCW Rugby team. This gives you a chance to personally get to know the coach and for him to find out more about you.
